With the purchase of your system you will be able to choose from one of two warranties – Next Business Day or Mission Critical 24/7, tailored to your operational needs.
Our Next Business Day service endeavours to provide an engineer on-site to your system the following working day to diagnose and repair the reported fault efficiently.
Mission Critical 24/7 support ensures a response within 4 hours of notification, with an engineer dispatched on-site to your system as soon as possible, any time, any day.
All the details are important, but most crucial is your system's Tag Number.
Your warranty will then be processed by our Support Team.
The moment a fault occurs, report it - ideally before 4PM. This gives you the best turnaround and our Support Team time to diagnose the fault with you.
Depending on your warranty, you should be contacted within 4 hours or by the next working day.
Upon diagnosis of the fault, we'll check to make sure we have the part in stock for replacement or repair.
If an engineer is required, an on-site visit will be arranged. This will either be As Soon As Possible (including out-of-hours for critical cover) or the following working day.
