Do you build to order or sell fixed configurations?
Yes. We build to order and can create most custom specifications to meet your requirements.
You can configure your system online using our Build-to-Order Configurator.

What warranty do you offer?
We offer a variety of Warranty Packages; please check your quotation before ordering to ensure you are purchasing a product with the best warranty option for your needs. Warranties are available as 30-day replacement, 1 Year Advance Replacement, 3 or 5 Years Next Business Day Engineer on Site, and 3 or 5 Years Professional Support for IT - Mission Critical 24/7.
Are any extended warranty options available?
Yes, please contact your account manager or sales with your requirement. We can offer extended warranties on all Dell EMC PowerEdge and Dell EMC PowerVault systems.
I can't see the configuration that I am looking for, is this all you have?

How much is delivery?
Delivery charges start from £10 for accessory items, £35 for entry and midrange systems, £45 for larger servers, and from £55 for very large products. All deliveries are made by courier.
Saturday and timed deliveries may incur additional charges. Multiple server purchases are not charged per unit.
How do I return a faulty item?
Please contact our support department. If a hardware fault is diagnosed, they will allocate a reference number and arrange for the goods to be collected. Contact our technical department here
Do you sell software?
Yes. A selection of software is available to view on our website and can be configured directly with your server using our Build-to-Order Configurator. If you need advice or have additional requirements, please contact our Sales team.
How can I pay for my purchase?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. To minimise credit card fraud, we will always ask for some additional proof of ID / Delivery address, typically this will be a copy of your driving license or a recent utility bill. We are happy to accept cheques which we express clear. BACS payments and other direct fund transfers are accepted. Credit accounts are available for established trade or corporate customers with a likely annual spend in excess of £20k, please ask for a credit application form to enable us to make the appropriate enquiries.
Do you hold any accreditations from the manufacturers whose products you sell?
We are a Dell Authorised re-seller and a member of the Dell Partner Program. We are also an authorised EMC re-seller.
I need the system urgently, how soon can you deliver?
Normal Server and Storage deliveries are 7 - 10 days from cleared funds. We can offer a faster turnaround if required, please speak to your account manager for assistance with urgent requirements.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. International shipping is subject to confirmation of shipping costs.
Do you offer next day delivery?
Yes, we offer next day delivery on selected devices. Order by 3pm today and receive your server tomorrow. View our ready-to-ship products available for next day delivery.
Do you offer trade or volume discounts?
Yes, we work closely with customers to help them achieve their aims. We are happy to pre-configure hardware and offer a scale of trade discounts dependant on volume. We are happy to look at volume discount on all larger Server, Workstation and Storage orders.
Can I open a credit account?
Yes. We offer 30-day invoice terms, subject to standard credit approval. All local authorities automatically qualify.
Are the accessories that you sell genuine original manufacturers' products?
Yes, all the items that we sell are as originally supplied by the manufacturer unless specified otherwise, this covers memory, hard drives, tape drives, RAID controllers and add-in cards. These items may have been supplied as either after-sales parts or have been removed from our extensive stocks of Servers and Workstations. In either case they are fully tested and carry an appropriate ServerSource warranty.
Do you sell spares / upgrades for my Dell Products?
Yes, we stock a full range of upgrades and are always willing to try to help with any related requirements that you may have.
Do you sell individual parts and components?
Yes, we sell individual Dell EMC parts and components from our extensive inventory of over 2,200 parts. You can search for parts by part number or keyword using our Parts Lookup tool to find pricing and availability.
I need a server or a workstation for a period of time, do you rent equipment?
Yes, we are happy to rent fully configured Servers, Workstations and Storage products for anywhere between 1 month and 3 years.
Do you offer an installation service?
We are happy to quote for on-site installation if required; however, we do not normally sell software installation services.
