Activate your warranty in three simple steps.
When you receive your system, register it at Warranty Registration.
All the details are important, but most crucial is your system Tag Number or service identifier.
Your warranty is processed by our Support Team and validated with a certificate sent by email.
Report faults promptly, ideally before 4PM, for the best turnaround and diagnosis time with our Support Team.
The moment a fault occurs, report it. Reporting before 4PM gives you the best turnaround.
Depending on your warranty, you should be contacted within 4 hours or by the next working day.
Upon diagnosis, we confirm the replacement part is in stock and ready for repair or replacement.
