ServerSource Referral Rewards

Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

• The referred customer must be new to ServerSource (no existing customers or active quotes)
• The referral must be logged before the referred customer makes first contact with ServerSource
• Self-referrals are not eligible

Attribution

Referral attribution window: 12 months from referral submission. If the referred customer buys within this period, you'll get rewarded.

Payment

• Rewards are paid after the customer's payment has cleared (typically net 30 from invoice)
• Minimum payout threshold: £50

Tax

Referral rewards are paid gross. It is the referrer's responsibility to declare this income for tax purposes.
For UK individuals, if total referral income exceeds £1,000/year (the trading allowance), you may need to declare it to HMRC.

Programme Changes

ServerSource reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days' notice.
Changes will be communicated via email and published on this page.

Data Protection

By submitting a referral, you confirm that the referred person would reasonably expect to be contacted about enterprise IT services.
We will disclose in our first contact that they were referred by you.
